What is The Gravenall:
The Gravenall is a new and exclusive land release project by the experienced team from Maax Group, developed by Gaage Developments. Located in Caroline Springs, just 25kms outside of the Melbourne, this $20,000,000+ luxury development project features a limited 48 lots in a single release and is aimed at providing an ideal lifestyle for new residents.
The Result:
Working tirelessly with attention to detail we created the whole suite of marketing material for the Gravenall. The elegant, lifestyle-focused brand, along with simple, clean and consistent brochures and signage created a solid foundation that allowed the brand to connect with the market and gain interest before the official launch. Within the first-week land and house and land packages started selling, with amazingly positive feedback around the brand and marketing, the sales team was proud and elevated.
